∎ General Summary: The candidate would be required to initiate sales activities and plan to achieve/exceed sales strategy
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare sales plan and implement strategy to sell land and villas.
∎ Build and maintain client's profiles.
∎ Highly motivated to convert sales lead into sales and generate revenue.
∎ Arrange and frequently visit to corporate client to sell land and villas.
∎ Achieve monthly sales target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 4 years related experience in sales position is preferred. Fresher may apply
∎ Ability to connect at the senior level
∎ Physical Features: Sound Health energetic/sporty
∎ Skills Required:
∎ Hardworking
∎ Strong negotiable skills
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Excellent in Multitasking & stress management skills
∎ Ability to work independently and within a team environment
∎ Needs to be self-motivated
∎ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
