Job Responsibilities:
∎ 100% honest in all aspect
∎ Updating ERP software regular basis.
∎ Assist Management for generating MIS report as per Management requirement.
∎ Maintenance the software to getting report smoothly.
∎ Analyze daily, weekly and monthly reports of Production Department & place to the Management from time to time.
∎ Need to create and maintain reports that allow the company to get information on daily production activities.
∎ Updating all merchandising PO sheet on ERP software and report to all concerned departments regarding order status.
∎ Update all Sample, Knitting production, Assembly and store related information to the ERP Software.
∎ Extract data from ERP to generate different analytical report for production analysis.
∎ Communicate regularly with the concerned department and provide necessary data according to their requirement.
∎ Generate valuable data analysis about production & material management.
∎ Develop data dashboard in collaboration with IT team to present valuable date to top management.
∎ Any others assignment has given by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Good Communication skills.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing
∎ Strong technical knowledge in MIS system
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within planned time
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of MIS
∎ Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of ERP, Microsoft Office Package.
