Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reconciliation of daily revenue and posting into accounting software.
∎ Reconciliation of Cash sales of outlets and monitor daily bank deposit
∎ Reconciliation of Daily bank/POS/B’Kash account.
∎ Reconciliation of outlets cash/petty cash and physically visit when require.
∎ Maintain petty cash requirement of outlets and monitor outlets petty cash flow .
∎ Receive and process documents for preparing voucher.
∎ Ensure Cash withdrawal/ deposit to bank account.
∎ Travel outside Dhaka for outlets inventory reconciliation if require.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Must have practical knowledge of Tally Prime accounting software.
