∎ Job Location: Head Office, Shantinagar, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Possess in-depth knowledge of the latest VAT and Income Tax laws.
∎ Prepare, maintain, and update various VAT registers (Mushok- 2.1, 2.3, 4.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.5, 6.10, 9.1, 9.2 and other books/papers related to VAT) and associated documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
∎ Maintain VAT Deduction at Source (VDS) and Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) processes, while also ensuring regular monitoring of VAT and tax payments.
∎ Manage corporate TAX and VAT planning, while independently handling all types of VAT and TAX issues to minimize the effective rate.
∎ Oversee and maintain VAT Deduction at Source (VDS) and Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) processes.
∎ Regular reporting to senior management and on VAT & TAX matters of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 years of experience working in a similar role.
∎ Efficiency in using MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint and Excel.
