Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge and practical work of Duty Drawback (Dedo) system & work. Certification in VAT & TAX will be added advantage. Sharp knowledge about VAT & SD Act-2012, VAT & SD Rules-2016 and Customs Act-1969. Prepare monthly VAT Return (Mushak-9.1) and ensure timely submission through the VAT Online System. As a withholding entity, confirm the issue of VDS Certificates (Mushak-6.6) after VAT is deducted at the source. Prepare credit note (Mushak-6.7) and debit note (mushak-6.8) for adjustment. Monitoring of VAT purchase account register (Mushok-6.1), and VAT sales account Register (Mushok-6.2) and issuance of VAT Invoice (Mushok-6.3, 6.4 & 6.10). Prepare Input-Output Co-efficient (Mushak-4.3) commonly known as price declaration. Good knowledge of all VAT forms like Mushak-2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 4.1, 6.9, 9.2 and 10.1. Ensuring all input-tax credits (VAT rebates) and searching the new scopes and areas to increase input-tax credits. Prepare accounts for annual audit purposes and provide them to the CA firm and any other work as assigned by management.
