Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research, develop, and customize Umrah packages tailored to the needs and preferences of pilgrims.
∎ Collaborate with religious scholars and advisors to ensure adherence to Islamic principles and guidelines.
∎ Liaise with hotels, transportation providers, and other service vendors to secure accommodations, transportation, and other necessary services.
∎ Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality services.
∎ Provide guidance and assistance to pilgrims throughout the Umrah journey, from pre-departure preparations to post-Umrah follow-up.
∎ Address pilgrims' inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a timely and respectful manner.
∎ Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and dining arrangements for pilgrims, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout the journey.
∎ Arrange for visa processing, airport transfers, and other logistical needs as required.
∎ Ensure compliance with Umrah regulations, visa requirements, and health and safety standards.
∎ Assist pilgrims with the completion of necessary documentation, including visa applications and travel insurance.
∎ Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for Umrah packages, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Monitor expenses and revenue related to Umrah operations and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.

∎ We seek a talented Umrah Operation Executive who would be responsible for managing all aspects of Umrah pilgrimage operations, ensuring a seamless and spiritually enriching experience for pilgrims. He/She will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Umrah packages, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with religious guidelines and exceptional service delivery.Key Responsibilities:
