Job Responsibilities:
∎ Summarize and prepare reports on accounts receivable, group liability, cash flow, finance cost and other related statements for management and other internal stakeholders.
∎ Prepare proposals for new loan disbursements, search for alternative financing opportunities and implement financing strategy of the company.
∎ Assists in developing strategies to efficiently manage the company's capital and funding structure.
∎ Assist and prepare intraday liquidity management and prepare cash forecasting for untroubled business operation.
∎ Plan fund management and make plans to settle LC liability payment, supplier’s liability payment and loan adjustments & interest payments.
∎ Renew yearly credit facility provided by banks and propose new funding requirement as per company’s requirements.
∎ Realize export proceeds and submit necessary export documents for smooth proceed realization process.
∎ Maintain relationships with bank representatives, suppliers and other stakeholders.
∎ Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required.
