Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge of Air/Ocean freight documentation & Customer care.
∎ Excellent working knowledge of any computer software/ cargo portal.
∎ Need to liaise with airlines, customs, Port Authorities, and Shipping Lines. This is to ensure that all rules and regulations are being followed properly.
∎ Capable of handling all air/ocean export/import Jobs independently.
∎ Communication skills in English (Must).
∎ Monitor and report key performance parameters to ensure their department runs as efficiently as possible.
∎ Any other job assigned by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years in ocean freight operations, documentation, and Customer Care.
