• Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

• Previous experience in any land business company or with telecommunication providers like Bkash, Robi, Grameenphone, or Banglalink will be a significant advantage.

• Generate leads through cold calling, social media outreach, and other telemarketing techniques.

• Qualify potential customers by understanding their needs and requirements.

• Provide detailed information about PRT`s land development projects and investment opportunities.

• Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
