Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the land sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
∎ Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the real estate market.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive sales growth.
∎ Motivate, train, and develop the sales team to enhance their performance and skills.
∎ Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals effectively.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics to management.

∎ We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to spearhead our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in land, villa & condo sales and be able to lead and motivate a team of 3-4 individuals.
