Job Context

We are seeking some dynamic and customer-focused and sales oriented individuals to join our team as a Marketing Executive (Sales & Marketing). As the first point of contact for our esteemed customers, you have to contribute significantly to lead generation, customer satisfaction and overall business success.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and follow-up calls.

• Generate leads for residential and commercial properties.

• Provide detailed information about our real estate projects, including pricing, features, and benefits.

• Assist the sales team in converting leads into clients by scheduling appointments and follow-up meetings

• Gather feedback from clients to improve services and offerings

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation activities and sales performance

• Have Mentality To Work Under Pressure & Sometimes need to Work At Night Shift (Home) Over Online.
