Call Center, Tele Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should be able to speak comfortably & fluently over the phone with clients for promoting organization's products and services.
∎ Need to listen and understand to find out clients need and try to generate inquiries over the phone.
∎ Need to communicate with existing customer and try to make report on our old products present condition.
∎ Need to coordinate with sales team with the inquiry report & service team with the old products report.
∎ Maintain records of contacts & other information.
∎ It's a part time job.
∎ 3 hours a shift. Two shifts in a day. 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm.
∎ Salary range: 6,000 BDT Salary for one shift in a month and 12,000 BDT Salary for both shift in a month.
∎ Candidate can chose to work in one or both shifts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in English Speaking is our first priority. You have to be smart enough while talking. It doesn't really matter what Education background you are from. So apply for this job if you think you can have good conversation in English. Your proficiency in Bangla must be clean.
∎ Basic computer knowledge. Humble, smart, honest, with good voice, attitude & punctuality.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 6000 - 12000 (Monthly)
