Job Responsibilities:
∎ All Kind of technical support of software resolution
∎ Issue Resolution take care
∎ Ensure the Outcome database is being updated every day through real time panel
∎ Version Update Database Maintenance and maintain github for solving Issue bug and developed next version
∎ Phone Call Support client and get feedback and quarry
∎ Maintain Support WhatsApp Channel
∎ Gather, validate and document requirements from stakeholders.
∎ Provide training to new recruits and existing co-workers
∎ Assist SQA team with test case.
∎ Perform User Application Testing
∎ Assist and build or design wireframe with UI/UX designer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Result-oriented.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable (depends on experience)

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
