Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare Financial Accounts as per IASs / IFRS Prepare supportive document for Tax Assessment Hearing.
Prepare and submit Return of 108 Dhara & 108A.
Submit Return of Withholding Tax under section 75A Issue Mushak 6.3 and Mushak 6.6 VDS Certification as per VAT law.
Responsible to maintain monthly Purchase & Sale books/register (Mushak 6.1 & 6.2) in time.
Finalization & reconciliation of Creditors & Debtors ledgers. Duty to deduct withholding VAT & Tax properly and deposited timely to Govt. revenue account.
Managing staff payroll (including salary tax deposit and issue salary certificate to employees).
Duty to prepare draft financial accounts as per HOD instructions.
Supporting Tax Hearing by completing documentations as per HOD instructions.
