Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare Financial Accounts as per IASs / IFRS Prepare supportive document for Tax Assessment Hearing.
∎ Prepare and submit Return of 108 Dhara & 108A.
∎ Submit Return of Withholding Tax under section 75A Issue Mushak 6.3 and Mushak 6.6 VDS Certification as per VAT law.
∎ Responsible to maintain monthly Purchase & Sale books/register (Mushak 6.1 & 6.2) in time.
∎ Finalization & reconciliation of Creditors & Debtors ledgers. Duty to deduct withholding VAT & Tax properly and deposited timely to Govt. revenue account.
∎ Managing staff payroll (including salary tax deposit and issue salary certificate to employees).
∎ Duty to prepare draft financial accounts as per HOD instructions.
∎ Supporting Tax Hearing by completing documentations as per HOD instructions.
