Responsibilities & Context:
Quotation collection and sourcing for new vendor for any type of local purchase.
Negotiation with vendors.
Requisition preparation for local purchase.
Purchase against submitted requisition.
Assist in banking work.
Assist in any kind of outer and internal work.
Support in offer preparation.
Doing documentation as per company requirement.
Monitor and analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
Ensure the quality of goods and services purchased meet company standards.
Conduct regular quality checks and audits on incoming supplies.
Track orders from placement to delivery and ensure timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with inventory management teams to maintain adequate stock levels.
