Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Marketing, strategic thinking and planning skills
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to prepare marketing plan with analysis of sales forecast & competitive positioning to enter data into the action plan.
∎ Provide input into annual budget preparation and hence set campaign objectives for the agriculture product portfolio.
∎ Apprising the brand plans for existing products and adapting the brand plans for new products in line with the agriculture product portfolio.
∎ Closely monitoring product portfolio positioning to identify portfolio gaps and support new product launches based on deep market analysis.
∎ Plan, develop & manage campaigns on national & regional levels. Provide product knowledge to regional Marketing, Sales, technical support streams (seminars, events, etc.).
∎ Ensuring cross-regional and cross-functional interaction in order to achieve the goals of campaigns.
∎ Responsible for promo materials development for marketing activity of different teams (sales, marketing services, technical marketing, territory marketing) to ensure timely and proper campaign implementation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicant should have sound knowledge of MS office, especially in MS Excel.
