Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in (Accounting or Finance)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance of VAT operation.
∎ Update VAT documents and register.
∎ Deposit VAT amount.
∎ Prepare VAT returns and submit.
∎ Prepare & submit for approval of VAT related Journal vouchers and enter into Tally after approval.
∎ Keep liaison with VAT office and make correspondences as needed.
∎ Prepare salary payment sheet / bill and help disburse payment.
∎ Prepare overtime payment sheet / bill and help disburse payment.
∎ Maintain MR book issue register.
∎ Reconcile MR with Tally entry.
∎ Prepare MR monthly statement for management appraisal.
∎ Prepare MR statement required for IT accounts preparation.
∎ Prepare reconciliation statement for Debtors/Creditors as & when needed.
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by Supervisor (Head of Finance & Accounts).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ The applicant must have previous relevant experience.
