Responsibilities & Context:
Make sales plan as per given sales target to cover Industrial sector, target needs to be achieved focusing on sales.
Using analytical, creative, and interpersonal skills build relationships with relevant clients.
Understanding the client`s requirements and being capable of analyzing the requirements.
Support and enable the development of an organizational culture where sales staff feel valued, supported, involved, engaged, and empowered.
Focus on achieving business targets through existing business and develop new business opportunities.
Negotiation with different parties, giving solutions on technical issues.
Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence purchase.
Ensure timely collection of dues as per company guidelines.
Provide after-sales service to the existing customers and also need to organize promotional initiatives to attract customers.
Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management based on performance.
Maintain a very good atmosphere and coordination with different Departments.
Any other job assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time.
