Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Main Responsibilities of this position is to ensure materials accurate storage including minimum stock level control, supervision and deliver all materials as per production requisition of the factory.
∎ Manage and maintain accurate receive and issue records of all materials after proper measurement and delivery compared to material requisition.
∎ Effective checking of material's quality with the help quality team & quantity at the time of consignment receiving.
∎ Maintaining appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement.
∎ Regular check and update stock ledger & prepare challan as per sub store requisition.
∎ Developing and implement inventory control procedures and update best practices.
∎ Keeping maintenance and operation of the store like a safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensuring goods inbound & outbound, warehouse housekeeping management, safety and security within the store.
∎ Maintaining minimum stock level and keeping close liaison with Merchandising Department and cater their requirement successfully.
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/vested task in the best possible way.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age Limit: 28-35 Years (on December 01, 2019)
∎ More than 5/6 Years in the field of Garments (Fabric & Accessories)
∎ Working experience in a large group of companies.
∎ Should have knowledge in Supply Chain, Store & Inventory, Warehouse, Stock level.
∎ Chittagong Resident Candidates will get preference.
