Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets & maintaining sales growth.
∎ Must be achieve target monthly, quarterly, yearly
∎ Create new MEMBERSHIP and dynamic in making new.
∎ Visiting MEMBERSHIP and collecting orders to achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Monitor and handle MEMBERSHIP functions and appointment of new MEMBERSHIP in uncovered areas.
∎ Ensure the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
∎ Identify new markets and follow up accordingly.
∎ Coordinate with Membership, Brand, Accounts & other associated departments for smooth operation.
∎ Collect all the latest market information and send it to reporting operation manager.
∎ Collect market performance report of own and competitor's to build future sales strategies.
∎ Enhance and establishes relationship with new customers and MEMBERSHIP.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly & periodical reports.
∎ Any other tasks provided by the management
∎ Excellent communication skill with customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Exceptional Fresh Candidates can also apply and will be considered.
∎ Possess a good understanding of market concepts.
∎ Ability to work independently and demonstrate professional selling skills.
∎ Excellent Communication skill and coordination with the sub ordinates and market.
