∎ At least 2 year(s) experience in marketing department.
∎ Strong communication skills (both in English & Bangla).
∎ The candidates of concrete block sector will get extra priority.
∎ Ready-Mix and Cement sector are also prioritize.
∎ Analytical skills and leadership capability.
∎ Excellent negotiation skills.
∎ If any candidate in “Civil Engineering” will get extra priority.
∎ Must be able to operate computer (MS Word/MS Excel/Power Point).
∎ If any candidates have personal “Motor Bike” will get priority.
∎ Job experience on Govt. project or Mega project.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Find out new customer.
∎ Achieve assigned sales target by maximizing sales
∎ Prepare a daily report over existing customer with their feedback.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing best of services and maintain decent relationships with the clients/customers.
∎ Monitor the activities of the competitors, conduct survey on market condition & product development and offer corrective measures to head of sales.
∎ Any kind of task assigned by the management.
∎ Must work under pressure.
∎ Find out new customer.
