Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shipment wise dyeing & finishing production plan prepare.
∎ Machine wise program prepare for on time delivery.
∎ Follow up Available dyes – Chemical in the store as per required production.
∎ Ensure the Design, color status, Measurement, quality strike off as per buyer requirement
∎ Dyes recipe set up with nature of print, all kind of test report collect and properly file maintain.
∎ Always monitoring & Ensure to complete the dyeing in due time etc.
∎ To identify dyeing problems and give solution.
∎ Ensure safety, clean & Tidy, compliance and 5.S method are activities in workplace.
∎ Proper knowledge on floor controlling, shade matching, operating data color, recipe correction, dyeing program, characteristics of dyes and chemicals. Modern dyeing m/c.
∎ To calculate daily, weekly, monthly, yearly consumption of dyes & chemicals & take initiative as per requirements.
∎ To follow up production report as a regular basis & take action & improvement also if need.
∎ To ensure the quality of the incoming raw materials (auxiliaries, dyes, salt, soda, caustic, peroxide etc.)
∎ Keep coordination with Garments Unit, knitting, merchandising, and operation departments of the factories & other department also.
∎ To ensure on time delivery of quality fabrics as per requirement/ planning of garments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practically Experienced in Production Planning of Knit Garments from Fabric to Delivery.
∎ Be able to establish and maintain Monthly Production Plan of Total Production, Coordination with each department for daily production to ensure timely shipments of quality products.
∎ Strong Personality who could manage, and motivate people to deliver desired results.
∎ Must possesses necessary skills for capacity planning, advising delivery dates acceptable to Buyers and all stakeholders to ensure that production feasibility is realistic and achievable.
