  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Mir Ceramic Limited is going to launch their New Brand soon. As a part of this, we are seeking some dynamic and experienced professionals for the position of position of Executive / Sr. Executive under the department of Marketing & Sales.

The selected candidates will be responsible for appointing new dealers and managing its network properly, building strong customer relationship and achieving the business goal in the assigned territories.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute the company’s marketing and sales plans in assigned territories to achieve set sales targets.

  • Conduct regular visits to zonal dealers and maintain strong professional relationships.

  • Promote new product line to developers, contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

  • Strengthen existing client relationships and ensure consistent business growth.

  • Advise customers on product selection based on their design and quality needs.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to maximize company revenue.

  • Handle customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

  • Report key insights and feedback to supervisors for strategic decision-making.
