Educational Requirements:

∎ Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or Bachelor in Architecture from any renowned University.
∎ (Educational requirements can be relaxed for experienced candidates)

∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible in creating a quality architecture and interior design work specializing in fashion and restaurant through 3D Max.
∎ Attend meeting, take measurement from site and monitor running project.
∎ Prepare Interior and furniture design / 3D Visualization.
∎ Plan and coordinates all 3D work to the Architect and AutoCAD operator
∎ Responsible in maintaining the quality of design through research and development and provide comprehensive design service for new projects as well as modifications and renovations of existing business establishments.
∎ Work closely with the Senior Designer to assure that the design needs of each department are being handled with understanding, ingenuity, and urgency.
∎ Responsible in doing turnkey drawing from design concept to technical drawing such as architectural, shop drawings, details and MEP drawing;
∎ Knowledgeable in application of suitable materials for a certain project.
∎ Equipped knowledge in modeling/ texturing and rendering.
∎ Ensure the safety in the working area.
∎ Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
∎ Develop conceptual/structural design with specifications and requirement of clients
∎ Formulate the design and plan for the office and residential interior decoration/furniture.
∎ Assist clients about use of color patterns harmonization with light.
∎ Prepare BOQ as per design and submit the design to client for approval.
∎ Performing all type of Interior Estimate.
∎ Accomplish the project as per drawing, design and plan.
∎ To work closely with Production. Supervise; Monitor the implementation of the product design accurately.
∎ Work closely with marketing team to pitch for opportunities.
∎ Arrange training for the sales team regularly, jointly with Sales team & Production team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Auto CAD.
∎ Must have experience in 2D, 3Ds Max with Good V-Ray skills, Photoshop, Illustrator and other upgraded interior software.
∎ Must have knowledge of planning Interior Design for Residential, Office, and Commercial Spaces.
∎ Must have skill at developing concepts and understanding the detailed design & drawing
∎ Must have the quality to monitor and supervise the project & service people.
∎ Must have clear understanding of the production process of all furniture items (Wood, LB, Metal) Raw materials, price of each items & machinery.
∎ Self-motivated, target oriented, able to work under pressure & punctual.

Salary: Negotiable
