Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in developing product and gathering information for afterwards feasibility analysis in the product(s)
∎ Gather competitors' data and compile for decision making at the supervisor level
∎ Assist cross functional stakeholders/departments' coordination to ensure operational excellence
∎ Assist in analyzing market behavior and sales trends to figure out current status and taking initiatives to improve the business results
∎ Assist in assessing the market needs in developing new or additional range of products or services in the assigned products
∎ Collect the route level market feedback and suggesting accordingly
∎ Coordinate and assist in other activities assigned
∎ CROSS FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES:-
∎ Assist to identify market gap
∎ Assist in managing the entire product/products' life cycle execution of tactical activities
∎ Observe regular sales trend and reporting
∎ Assist in identifying opportunities in the distribution network and provide feedback
∎ Suggest for development of new SKUs of the assigned category and new products
∎ Prepare some initial analysis of the collected data regarding pricing and offer in order to develop strategic planning for the assigned product
∎ Collect competitors' data related to their strategy and creating frame of competition in taking prompt decision
∎ Gather sales promotional offer (trade and consumer) related information to increase the market share and preparing initial analysis for understanding the competitors move and suggesting accordingly.
∎ Assist in the execution of-product campaigns
