∎ Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
∎ Handle direct sales for high-value properties including flats, commercial spaces, shops, and land.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, channel partners, and corporate buyers.
∎ Conduct market research to stay informed of competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns, promotions, and lead generation strategies.
∎ Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and client proposals for management review.
∎ Organize and attend property expos, client meetings, and site visits.
∎ Ensure all customer interactions are professionally managed, from inquiry to post-sale support.
∎ Good knowledge in documentation (Registration, Deed of Agreement, Land, Loan etc.).
∎ Strong understanding of the real estate market and its current trends.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
