IT System Management, IT Troubleshooting, Management Information System, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
∎ Participate in IT projects.
∎ Support end user requests
∎ Special IT support to Advisor, CEO, MD, Senior Management, Executive Directors
∎ Detail Knowledge of MAC Device and OS X other relevant.
∎ IT Assets management.
∎ Familiar with Office 365 Apps (Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint).
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
∎ Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
∎ Network troubleshooting (Wireless and LAN).
∎ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary and Testing new technology.
∎ Possibly training office staff.
∎ Establish the networking environment by implementing recommended designing;
∎ System & Databases installation, configuration, maintenance, documenting changes and as per enforcing system standards
∎ System & Databases administration, upgrade, patching, user management and security policy enforcement
∎ Design and implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment
∎ Maximize infrastructure performance by monitoring, troubleshooting and proactive maintenance.
∎ Need to know how to setup CCTV/IP Camera & Access Control.
∎ Computer Hardware Servicing,
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction about your services and communication commitment
∎ Manages and coordinates all IT-related general matters including data, wireless communications, security, and computer hardware and software.
∎ Trouble-shoots and solves problems related to hardware, software, and network problems About Computer.
∎ Researches and recommends acquisition of network hardware and software.
∎ Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in target time.
∎ Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance. Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Experience administering Windows, OSX and Linux systems.
∎ 2+ years’ experience in managing IAM systems like GSuite, Active Directory, MDM solutions etc.
∎ Experience with on-premises servers and networking.
∎ Strong fundamentals of networking protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, ARP, DNS, DHCP, WPA.
∎ Experience with multiple enterprise networking vendors, such as Cisco, Fortinet, etc.
∎ Strong computer security fundamentals, and a drive for building systems that are simpler, faster and more secure.
∎ Ability to learn new technology very fast
∎ Ability to handle everything smoothly specially entire company IT related issues
