• Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues effectively.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including servers, workstations, printers, and peripherals.

• Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as required, ensuring compatibility and compliance with industry standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, diagnosing and repairing faulty components.

• Install and configure network devices, including routers, switches, network printer, and access points.

• Design, implement, and maintain the organization`s local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.

• Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities.

• Install, Maintenance and support of Active Directory Federated Services, related hardware, and technologies.

• Performing regular checkup of server network, hardware and services.

• Overseeing the safe installation of server hardware and cabling systems.

• Monitoring the performance and capacity of the servers.

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting server errors.

• Well work experience on server OS (CentOS, Oracle OS, Windows Server OS) installation and troubleshooting.

• Configure & maintenance of CCTV Surveillance and Attendance machine.

• Advanced Hardware and software troubleshooting skills

• Managing regular system backups and server security protocols.

• Daily backup all type of server Database and related files to ensure data security.

• Troubleshooting/supporting Windows platform 10/11 (32bit and 64bit), Office365, OneDrive, Outlook
