Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check & verified all kind of bills & vouchers, Cash Management,
∎ Inventory Management, Comprehensive Audit, Market Survey
∎ Risk Analysis, Financial Audit, Cash Flow, Fund Flow Monitoring
∎ Wastage Management, COGS analysis.
∎ Checking and verifying PI, L/C, and acceptance.
∎ Checking export payment realization, discount, penalty, incentive etc.
∎ Pre-audit of all procured bills (Local and import), daily payments, and other expenses
∎ Calculation and checking of Inter-Process Loss of Garments Division (RM booking to shipment) and report to HOD on a weekly basis
∎ Checking and verifying fabric booking & accessories as per CAD consumption, marketing budget, IE consumption and ascertaining actual booking, additional booking, sample booking; total excess booking.
∎ Conduct process audit like cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, shipment, and production plan
∎ Providing difference between actual cost and Budgeted cost separately order-wise based on CM/SMV (Considering per machine cost, machine layout quantity, SMV as per set up)
∎ Preparation of Order Closing/Job Closing/reconciliation on a regular basis.
∎ Any other task assigns by AGM IA.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing industries.
∎ Must be proactive.
