∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Providing support to accounts department.
∎ Assisting in general financial management and analysis·
∎ Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable’s data·
∎ Perform bookkeeping duties including maintaining data in financial statements, reviewing bank reconciliations and more.
∎ Confirm the books are reconciled with bank statements and prepare all month end dealership accounting reports·
∎ Make sure accounts receivable/ accounts payable are processed promptly and properly·
∎ Post transactions to journal, ledger and other records·
∎ Oversee the payroll, so employees receive prompt payment.
∎ Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
∎ Take care of Tax & Vat Procedure.
∎ Offer advice to organizations on how to reduce cost, improve their revenue and boost profit.
∎ Record payments and disbursements
