Educational Requirements:
∎ M.com/MBA/BBA in Accounting/Finance from reputed local or foreign institution
∎ CA-CC/ CMA(Min. 700 marks)/ ACCA (Part Qualified)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of bank reconciliation statements of all bank accounts.
∎ Up dating the general ledger in the Tally software.
∎ Reconciling inter-company transactions and ledger balances.
∎ Calculating and ensuring deduction of TDS and VDS from bills of suppliers, vendors, service providers and making necessary entries in the Tally software.
∎ Recording bank payment vouchers and bank receiving vouchers in the ledger and ensuring proper filing of vouchers.
∎ Preparation of daily bank payment statement.
∎ Examining bills of suppliers, vendors and service providers and processing for settlement.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management relevent to this position
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having experience in the relevant area are also encouraged to apply
∎ Should have experience in using Tally software
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill
∎ Computer literacy is must for the position
∎ Very good analytical ability
