Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular basis monitoring of ETP ZDHC wastewater parameter testing: - COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, EC, pH, Color etc.
∎ Monitoring biological process by checking Biological process control parameters: - MLSS, MLVSS, F:M ratio, SV30, SVI, Total Nitrate, Total Phosphate
∎ Monitoring the operation of filter press
∎ Monitoring sludge management and keep register for sludge disposal
∎ Monitoring calibration of lab apparatus
∎ Monitoring relevant awareness training
∎ Monitoring Water Balance and update to ETP Manager
∎ Prepare root cause analysis for any detection in wastewater parameter
∎ Monitoring Routine maintenance e.g. ETP mechanical and electrical machine such as Blower, Brush screen, pump, pH- control, level control, Dosing pump, panel Board, change over, Diffuser and others item and communication for ETP with relevant dept. & personnel
∎ Send wastewater sample for DoE, BV, C&A, H&M, and other Brands.
∎ Wastewater test Report collection, check and take necessary action.
∎ Monitoring ETP chemical sub-store, such as labeling, storage compatibility chart maintains, ensure safe chemical use and handling with PPE.
∎ Prepare chemical dosing ratio for functional ETP operation.
∎ Monitoring wastewater quality and quantity improvement such as awareness, water data provide dyeing section, microorganisms developing.
∎ Calculate ETP operation cost
∎ Implementation of Zero liquid discharge (ZLD) such as reduce, reuse, recycle etc.
