Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any discipline preferably from Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dealer Management, Dealer Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prospecting & appoint new Dealer to increase sales & product availability in given Markets.
∎ Right selection of dealer and lead in setting up companies business.
∎ Setting up system & Process at dealer place to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.
∎ Effective Dealer management in terms of maintains right inventory norms, controlling credit and balancing right working capital.
∎ Achieve Targets for Revenue, Reach and profitability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a sound knowledge in MS Excel.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Good Communication skill in Bangla and English both written and oral is necessary.
