Responsibilities & Context:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and acquire new corporate clients for property and service sales.
Promote the companyʼs portfolio of services to potential and existing clients.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Business Development:
Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective promotional campaigns.
Participate in networking events, seminars, and corporate meetings to expand the companyʼs client base.
Team Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for senior management.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.
