Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow guidelines of the line manager to implement communication strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
∎ Determine, craft and convey key messages to the target audiences through appropriate communication channels
∎ Own different writing projects and through effective collaboration with various cross-functional teams complete each project within the deadline.
∎ Create engaging and persuasive content for various communication channels, such as press releases, articles, blog posts, website content, social media updates, and marketing collateral
∎ Help realize social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience
∎ Track and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives using appropriate metrics and analytics tools
∎ Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, HR, and Operations to ensure alignment of communication efforts with overall organizational strategies
∎ Stay updated on industry news, media coverage, and emerging trends
∎ Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging professional growth and development
∎ Complete writing projects, meet deadlines and follow content requirements in terms of style and project specifications
∎ Collaborate with the content and digital marketing team to fulfill all SEO and digital marketing needs
∎ Carry out keyword and other required research using SEO tools and deliver content accordingly
∎ Maintain and optimize content of multiple websites in different niches
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years of experience in communications, journalism, or a related field
∎ Native-level English proficiency
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English
∎ Good knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
∎ In-depth understanding of digital marketing
∎ Excellent management capacity and interpersonal skills
∎ A dynamic problem solver
∎ Tech savvy, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of technology
