Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will use your business leadership skills to drive performance in a data-driven, entrepreneurial manner while co-authoring the partner marketing track strategy with peers. Provide training to potential and existing clients.
∎ Candidate must have the ability to develop new customer.
∎ Must be able to handle development stage activities independently.
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with new Buyer.
∎ Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by Customers and obviously meet the time line.
∎ Promote TRIPNCARE's brand name and its online reservation services to potential travel agents and corporate enterprise clients.
∎ Support the Team in managing all processes that lead to setting up a partnership (i.e. leads, prospecting, establishing first contact, meetings, integration and follow up).
∎ Implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency. .
∎ Ability to deal with the Customers independently from inquiry level to completion of orders.
∎ Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ The applicants should have knowledge in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
∎ Candidates who will apply outside of Dhaka should be local person or have good knowledge about the specific city area.
