Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Design & Lead TRIPNCARE in building and maintaining a professional network within the B2B travel space.
∎ Responsible to manage a team of 20 to 25 team members independently.
∎ Candidate must have the ability to develop new customer.
∎ Must be able to handle development stage activities independently.
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with new Buyer.
∎ Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by Customers and obviously meet the time line.
∎ Promote TRIPNCARE's brand name and its online reservation services to potential travel agents and corporate enterprise clients.
∎ Lead the Team in managing all processes that lead to setting up a partnership (i.e. leads, prospecting, establishing first contact, meetings, integration and follow up).
∎ Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency. .
∎ Ability to deal with the Customers independently from inquiry level to completion of orders.
∎ Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
