Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Diagnostics Centre, Hospital Marketing, Molecular lab, Oncology
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop highly professional client service relationships amongst customer base;
∎ Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR agency to see them executed;
∎ Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers;
∎ Cultivate internal organizational, sales and customer service team relationships;
∎ Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets and Identify new business opportunities;
∎ Planned Market visit and identify needs and demand of the customer and inform them about company service;
∎ Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan;
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity;
∎ Developing and implementing an internal marketing program;
∎ Supporting the brand manager in day to day marketing activities;
∎ Analyzing new Market, Product Segments & new channels and constantly communicate with marketing team
∎ Development of Market through proper planning and implementation of sales promotion schemes;
∎ Competitors activities analysis;
∎ Planning activities and marketing Strategy to increase Brand awareness and Recall level;
∎ Regular Market Visit and strong relation with Consultant, Doctor and KOL;
∎ Achieve daily, monthly and yearly sales target;
∎ Identify potential new customer to increase business;
∎ Ensure the business growth by marketing, customer satisfaction and customer retention;
∎ Visit potential doctors and institutes to promote the services for boosting up the sales;
∎ Organize different events like Seminar, Health Clinic, Health Camp, Focus Meeting etc;
∎ Develop and Maintain Potential Doctor's database;
∎ Ensure the transparency in all kind of transaction;
∎ Develop and maintain B2B & B2C business;
∎ Monitor and collect information of competitor activities;
∎ Find out potential customers and make then convince to take company service;
∎ Serve as a liaison while being solely responsible for coordinating with clinics, doctors, clients and their families on their treatment program as necessary for the whole duration of their program as well as for follow ups and when required;
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management when required.
