∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, Corporate Marketing, Real Estate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
∎ Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
∎ Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Social Media, Blog, Website & Email etc. to increase company and brand awareness and lead generation.
∎ Look after Billboard, signage & other marketing activities.
∎ Organize event's for the clients.
∎ Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company.
∎ Maintain connection with External/Internal vendors and consultants.
∎ Must have fair knowledge Photoshop, Illustrator, Auto Cad, Graphics design etc.
∎ Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
∎ Coordinate with group marketing team.
∎ Any other assignments as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Autocad, Digital Marketing
∎ Must be smart, proactive and punctual.
∎ Well groomed (Both Personally and Corporate)
∎ Must have sound knowledge in English.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel, Word & Power Point) is mandatory.
∎ Oral and written communication both in Bengali & English
∎ Desire to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure.
∎ Ability to cope with constant changes
Salary: Negotiable
