∎ Graduation in Accounts/Finance.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA(CC) / ITP will be given preference

∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be directly responsible to the Head of Finance & Accounts with specific responsibility for VAT and Income Tax work particularly VAT Deduction at Source from Suppliers and other service payables as applicable, Tax deduction at Source from Staff Salary, Honorarium and any other allowances. This will also include time to time Preparation of Tax deducted at Source (TDS) & VAT deducted at Source (VDS) Certificate (Mushak-6.6) and Provide to its stakeholders, Preparation and Submission of Value Added Tax Return (Mushak-9.1) for VAT authority. Also required to perform any other assigned job as advised by Departmental Head or other superior authority.
∎ Maintain the records, registers & documents regarding VAT & Tax conforming to VAT & Tax laws in a timely manner.
∎ Issuance of VAT deducted at Source (VDS) Certificate (Mushak-6.6) and Provide to its stakeholders.
∎ Maintain Accounts, day to day transaction with data entry
∎ Maintain Customers, Supplier & Vendors Ledger Accts
∎ Preparation of report quarterly, half yearly or yearly
∎ Issuance and maintenance of all Mushak and any other forms as require
∎ Preparation and Submission of Value Added Tax Return (Mushak-9.1) for VAT authority;
∎ Keep all the VAT & Tax registers updated, issue VAT & Tax treasury Challan and deposit to the government exchequer through Bank on time
∎ Maintain Liaison with legal, authority Govt. Private or related concerns
∎ Cash Incentives
∎ Any other job assigned by the management, departmental head/supervisor
