Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily Accounting and Financial activities of the Company.
∎ Responsible for the monthly accounts closing.
∎ Prepare reports for accounts payable and receivable.
∎ Maintain banking transactions and prepare bank reconciliation.
∎ Prepare vouchers & maintain/update all accounting ledgers properly.
∎ Prepare Payment vouchers, and cheques and maintain day-to-day banking and fund management.
∎ Manage all accounting ledgers including monthly review of all account reconciliations & journal entries.
∎ Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports.
∎ Fund arrangement for salary disbursement and keeping all the records
∎ Maintaining Receivable/ Payable statements.
∎ Prepare bank advice for salary disbursement and properly deduct AIT.
∎ Ensure on-time Salary & Overtime (if needed) disbursement.
∎ Provide different types of reports to the management when required.
∎ Personal account management of the Board of directors.
∎ Look after the personal work of management bodies.
∎ Perform any other task as per management decisions.
