Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management Experience.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Minimum of 5-7 year experience in yarn/ material sourcing and procurement or supply chain management, preferably within a similar (RMG) industry.
∎ Individual with expertise in material sourcing and procurement, possessing comprehensive knowledge of Raw Materials Accessories, Dyes Chemical. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional sourcing capabilities across local, regional, and international supplier markets, coupled with strong analytical skills and sound decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Introduce new suppliers offering products and quality flexibility to the marketing team.
∎ Must be knowledge about Raw Materials Accessories, Dyes chemical, Coffin, and Spare parts (Both local and foreign e-sourcing).
∎ Ensure continuous development in product innovation, alternative product qualities, and alternate suppliers to meet customer demand.
∎ Cross-cost and cross-develop alternate suppliers to ensure competitive prices within targets set by the product development team.
∎ Provide sign-off deals along with all agreed business conditions to the product development team.
∎ Execute quarterly supplier evaluations to determine service levels and the continuation of business.
∎ Continuously improve self-performance and subordinate performance.
∎ Continuously improve work processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
