Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Hotel Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage the process of training need identification and consolidation.
∎ Establish training programs which will enable productivity and standard output within the department and produce monthly Training Need Analysis (TNA) sheet of entire Hospitality department staffs and TNA closure sheets to GM (Hospitality).
∎ Prepare and roll out monthly training calendar including freshers on the job training and prepare a detailed report.
∎ To be able to make training modules based on training plan requirements.
∎ Evaluate employees and based on their weaknesses training modules to be prepared.
∎ Based on the plan and implement training programs, which will help the employees for their next step of their career path.
∎ To take the feedback from internal customers and plan the training accordingly and track the improvement.
∎ Develops and implements training plans which are aligned with the customer satisfaction.
∎ Maximize personal and professional productivity by conducting habits of highly effective people.
∎ Ensure that employees attend all mandatory training which is a part of JCI as scheduled, maintains and reviews tracking system regularly.
∎ Provides employees with the tools, training and environment they need to deliver.
∎ Provides all the new employees a comprehensive induction program.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer skills in making PPT, Excel are must.
∎ Working experience in any hospital / hotel will get preference.
∎ Advanced level of interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
∎ Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
