∎ Age 27 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage retail sales of spare parts for commercial vehicles at designated outlets or service points.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts (corporate clients, fleet operators, workshops).
∎ Identify customer needs and offer the right product solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and achieve monthly sales targets and ensure profitability.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability.
∎ Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns to boost spare parts sales.
∎ Analyze sales trends and generate reports for performance tracking and forecasting.
∎ Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
∎ Coordinate with the service team to provide integrated after-sales solutions.
