Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting sales target and Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets and corporate goals.
∎ Development and Implementation of sales & marketing plan for the Company.
∎ Monitoring and coordinating the credit recovery.
∎ Generating sales through creating and maintaining proper channels.
∎ Follow up company sales, marketing and promotional activities.
∎ Prepare monthly report as required by management.
∎ To sale the flats maintaining company policy
∎ To maintain liaison with all clients.
∎ To keep the records of all clients including outstanding, payments etc.
∎ Payment recovery and collections etc.
∎ Any other works deemed necessary for smooth functioning of routine office work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ At least 1 years of working experience in similar position.
∎ Fluent in English and sound computer proficiency.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ The candidate should be energetic and polite in manner with attractive personality.
∎ Good leadership, execution skill, strongly challenge encountering attitude and ability to manage a highly result oriented sales team
