Job Context:
∎ Applications are invited from eligible candidates who have 3 to 5 years of apartment (residential and commercial) sales experience in only reputed real estate companies.
∎ Applicants must be in professional, mentally, and physically sound condition to apply for that post.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales of exclusive and high-value commercial and residential projects to meet budget, forecast, and margin targets.
∎ Develop an annual sales plan and provide quarterly and monthly updates in connection with the company's yearly business plan.
∎ Implementation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans will be evaluated by the departmental head
∎ Conducting competitive market intelligence, analyzing, and adjusting positioning to retain and enhance market leadership.
∎ To ensure customer acquisition according to the departmental target.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit targets with proper planning and execution.
∎ To generate sales, find new ways of generating ideas, and also develop ideas to attract clients.
∎ Conduct market analysis to develop effective strategies for sales, pricing, product development, and acquiring new products.
∎ Liaise with the heads of other departments to get the job done
∎ The incumbent has to visit corporate clients and generate revenue through new sales.
∎ To attend prospect calls, answer their inquiries, and ensure proper support.
∎ Ensure and maintain proper records of all sales activities.
∎ To participate in any other activities as required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in the Real Estate Sales Sector, Real Estate Marketing, Sales and Marketing, Sales Coordination, Sales Development, Sales Operations, Sales planning
∎ Need sound knowledge of computer applications.
∎ He should have a very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
