Job Context:
∎ Applications are invited from eligible candidates who have 5 to 8 years of apartment (residential and commercial) sales experience in only reputed real estate companies.
∎ Applicants must be in professional, mentally, and physically sound condition to apply for that post.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Achieve personal and team(s) sales targets.
∎ • Have to have own sales leads
∎ • Sales of exclusive and high-value commercial and residential projects to meet budget, forecast, and margin targets.
∎ • Generating own inquiries and closing deals independently.
∎ • Develop an annual sales plan and provide quarterly and monthly updates in connection with the company's yearly business plan.
∎ • Implementation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans, which will be evaluated by the departmental head
∎ • Conducting competitive market intelligence, analyzing, and adjusting positioning to retain and enhance market leadership.
∎ • Achieve company revenue and profit targets with proper planning and execution.
∎ • Conduct market analysis to develop effective strategies for sales, pricing, product development, and acquiring new products.
∎ • Liaise with the heads of other departments to get the job done
∎ • The incumbent has to visit corporate clients and generate revenue through new sales.
∎ • Achieve company revenue and profit targets with proper planning and execution.
∎ • Prepare monthly sales reports and other sales-related reports as per requirement.
∎ • Proven track record of sales negotiation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ • Fluency in written & spoken English and Bengali.
∎ • Sound Computer (MS Office) Knowledge.
