Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards across production and operational processes.
Conduct routine and random quality inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance policies, SOPs, and procedures.
Analyze test results and identify deviations; initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
Lead internal audits and support external audits and certifications.
Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation.
Provide training to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely investigation and resolution.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
