Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's Business and growth plans and the sales targets and manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/inquiries are attended to.
∎ Establishing market penetration in Residential & Commercial Interiors in wider Dhaka & Chattogram.
∎ Identifying and winning major fit-out projects, developing intimate knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tender.
∎ Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met. Negotiate agreements in coordination with the other departments and the senior management.
∎ Market Assessment and strategic development of Interior along with door frame & furniture business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years of experience in an Interior Design firm and a strong understanding of the Interior market with proven success in a competitive sales environment.
∎ Proven record of accomplishment within the interiors industry and experienced in dealing with residential & commercial clients.
∎ Experience networking among the real estate development, construction and design/architecture community in Dhaka or Chattogram.
∎ Functional Competencies: (Technical and Professional Knowledge and Skills for the Role)
∎ Practical knowledge on customer service & the procedure.
∎ Sound knowledge on sales process, payment procedure and agreement.
∎ Advance MS Excel knowledge.
∎ Leadership Competencies:
∎ Focus on business result.
∎ Communicates effectively.
∎ Promotes team work
∎ Anticipates and resolve issues
Salary: Negotiable
